How long does it take? We normally complete clearances within one day. Larger properties and more challenging clearances can take longer but we keep you fully informed alone the way. How much does it cost? The price is calculated from labour & waste costs to complete the clearance. We take into consideration any items of value and use that to offset the amount charged, helping you get the best value from the removal. I don't live locally to the property? No problem, we often work with clients who don't live locally to the property. All we need is access from an Estate Agent, Solicitors or Neighbour etc.....and we can clear the whole property, lock up and return the keys. It's normal for us to then send completion photos to a desired email address. I may have some items of value Any items of value can be used to offset the clearance costs? In some cases we can look to purchase items and pay cash or bank transfer on the day.
